A HUGE thank you to the Mayfield Band Boosters for hosting and volunteering to run tonight's band lock-in. This event is made possible by the parent volunteers that are staffing and supervising the event.
Students that are participating in the lock-in must adhere to the following expectations.
Student drop-off/arrival: 6p-6:30p at door number 19
Events/Fun For the night: Students will be in the field house first floor/court area only. Food and drinks will be served at the concession stand next to the auditorium.
Students are not permitted in locations other than the field house courts, and the concession stand. Students are not permitted past the auditorium hallway or anywhere else in the school building.
Student departure/pick-up: 10:30p-10:45p at door number 19 (All students must be out of the building by 10:45pm)
There will be TV's setup if you'd like to bring video games, there will also be other games and sports setup.
LETS CELEBRATE A JOB WELL DONE THIS YEAR, HAVE FUN, AND MAKE SOME MEMORIES!
