I hope everyone is excited about band camp 2019!!
REMIND, our main source of communication, has changed some of its policies. Because of these changes the main Pride of Mayfield Remind group is no longer able to send/receive messages. Class sizes are limited in Remind to 150 members. To gain class sizes that fit this requirement students and parents will sign up for a new remind based on grade level. Parents, please sign up in the grade level that your student is in. If you have students in multiple grades, please only sign up for one grade level. The new codes are as follow:
The Pride of Mayfield Freshman
The Pride of Mayfield Sophomores
The Pride of Mayfield Juniors
The Pride of Mayfield Seniors
If students and families do not sign up for the new group, you will no longer receive communication via remind. Please continue to check the band website on a regular basis for updates and information.
The PRIDE of Mayfield will be holding an informational parent meeting on Wednesday, May 21st, at 7pm in the High School Cafeteria. We will be covering the upcoming summer parades, summer band camp, and student expectations for the upcoming 2019 marching season.

The MHS Spring Band Concert is this Wednesday, May 8th, at 7pm in the Mayfield High School Auditorium.
Student call time is 6:30pm

Green Tie Gala
MHS Jazz Band, Saturday, February 9th, 2019
Call Time: 6:15 PM, please be prompt, we need to be set and ready on time!!

Mayfield Heights, OH 44124
Dress: Standard all black dress with green bow ties, provided, green accents for the ladies.
Specific Call: Jazz Band members should be dropped off at Landerhaven Dock B, we are playing in the main ballroom. Dock B is labeled with a large red B above it. When you enter the parking lot turn to the right and head around the building counter clockwise until you see the loading docks. The door will be open, and is near to where the jazz band will be playing in the ballroom.
Pick up Time: JB members can be picked up at 7:45 PM from the same location they were dropped off, Dock B
The time has arrived to start our fundraiser for the Disney trip next November!! Students will begin selling pastries and other treats Tuesday, February 5th, all order forms are due by Tuesday, February 19th!
Please stop back for more details tomorrow after the sale begins!!
This is a great opportunity for band students to reduce the price of their trip! Students that are not going on the trip are still able to participate in the fundraiser to earn the prizes that are available!
