Monday, August 28th - Band Booster Meeting - 7:00PM in the HS Band Room
Tuesday, August 29th - DRUMLINE REHEARSAL - 6:00-8:00PM (HS Band Room)
Wednesday, August 30th - FULL BAND REHEARSAL - 5:00-7:30PM (HS Band Room)
Friday, September 1st - AWAY GAME at MASSILLON - CALL TIME 4:15PM (It's a long bus ride!!!)

Friday Morning Parades

8/17/2017

The band will parade the high school hallways before school, call time will be 7am, every Friday during football season. On mornings of home games, the entire band will parade. On mornings of away games, just the drumline will parade.

On Thursday, September 28th, we will parade the halls for the game that night. There will be no parade on Friday, September 29th.

We will start parading this Friday, August 18th, with the entire band. Call time is 7am, please wear your mayfield/band spirit wear! We would like to see everyone in the band in attendance to jump-start Mayfield High School's school spirit for 2017/2018 school year!!!

Drumline Rehearsals

8/17/2017

Rehearsals for drumline will be held on Tuesdays, starting August 22nd, from 6-8pm, in the high school band room. These rehearsals are not optional, all drumline members are expected to attend the entire rehearsal. Please see the band calendar on the band website home page for a comprehensive list of rehearsal dates.

Please refer to The Pride of Mayfield Handbook for specific rehearsal and attendance expectations.

First Performance

8/11/2017

The marching band will be playing for the entire staff at the district's school year kick-off on Monday, August 14th.

Call Time: 10:30am (In the HS Band Room)
What to bring: Your instrument, music (we will play the fight song), band shoes
What to wear: Shorts and a tee shirt to wear under your full band uniform
What time will we be done?: Shortly after 12pm

This is a mandatory performance for all band members. This is our first presentation of the band to the school for this year, and we want to show them our very best!!
