Students, Parents, and Family,
     We are happy to share with you that our Disney Payment website is up and running!!! Please click, download, and carefully read the Disney Payment Instructions attachment for instructions on making a payment. Any parent/guardian of a Percussionist, Flag, or Catette, please carefully read the notice on the bottom of the attachment, as your instructions are slightly different. Remember to turn in your Disney Participant Information Sheet if you haven't done so already. For further trip information, please click the website tab below (also accessible from the Calendar Page).

January 9th, 2015 Summer Calendar!!!

Please download the 2015 Summer Calendar for all Band activities from May-August. As some events are specific to only certain groups of the 2015 Band, you will want to carefully read through the schedule to find out when everything is for you (or your son/daughter) and then put it in your personal and/or family calendar. Please email or speak with a director with questions. Thank you all again for everything you do to help The Pride of Mayfield reach its goals and to make our Band Family so wonderful!

Marching Band, Solo & Ensemble, Summer Calendar, and Disney Updates:

Marching Band:
Please make sure you turn in your Parka on a plastic hanger.

Solo & Ensemble:
Please carefully read and use this Solo & Ensemble Information Packet.

Summer Calendar:
Please look out for a Summer Calendar to come home, emailed, and posted online tomorrow, Friday Jan., 9th.

Disney:
To anyone interested in going on the Disney Trip, I know we have been waiting for the payment website to launch. The original deadline for Students/Family Tag-Alongs to make a deposit was January 15th. However, obviously, the site hasn't been fully activated and announced yet. I have been in contact with our travel agency and they have assured me that once the website is up and running 100% the way they want/need it to, they will of course allow us a nice window of time make our deposits with the dollar amounts staying at the same rate. Thank you for your patience with this matter and I will be in touch as soon as we have the necessary information for payments.

The musical this year is "Grease." If you play Drums, Bass, Guitar, Keyboard, or Tenor Saxophone, please contact Mr. Fancher THIS WEEK to express your interest. There may be auditions if there are more people interested than there are open positions. Feel free to email any questions to [email protected].
