All students in band next year were distributed the attached form for band accessories. This includes things such as the summer band shirt and shorts, spats, shoes, lyres, flip-folders, spiritwear, and the mandatory dry-cleaning fee.
All students owe the $20 dry cleaning fee, so everyone needs to return this completed form, even if they are not ordering any uniform parts or other accessories.
